Anna is dedicated to establishing meaningful and genuine connections with her clients. She brings empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard to all her sessions. Anna includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to guide clients toward their personal goals all while enhancing and harnessing client strengths. Anna is certified to treat substance abuse use disorders, and her expertise includes evidence-based trauma treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Education & Experience

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Community Services from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University.
