Ben favors a cognitive-behavioral approach that explores how our thoughts and behaviors shape our experience of the world, either hindering or helping us. He believes that challenging ourselves and reshaping our messages are important paths forward for long-term life satisfaction.
Education & Experience
Ben received both his undergraduate degree in psychology from Central Michigan University and his master’s degree in counseling from CMU. Ben has experience working in outpatient settings like community mental health and private practice to help those struggling with life challenges. Ben has worked with people of all ages, from young adults to older adults, and with individuals of diverse identities to provide individualized care.
