Treatment Philosophy & Focus

My treatment philosophy is grounded in a person-centered and integrative approach, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood to explore their experiences and make impactful changes in their lives.

I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential, Psychoanalytic, and Solution Focused techniques to help clients develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, while building resilience and self-confidence, depending on the client’s needs and goals.

I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, identity development, and emotional regulation.
