Tina Miller is a Limited License Psychologist with 20+ years of experience in the wellness industry, a background in athletic coaching, and 4 years within the mental health field. She specializes in working with adults (18+) with focus on whole body wellness and is deeply committed to supporting individuals in their journey health by overcoming depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life challenges, relationship troubles and getting “unstuck”.

Treatment Philosophy & Focus

As a trauma-informed and somatic therapist, Tina’s therapeutic approach combines multiple evidence-based modalities, mindfulness and body-based techniques to honor the deeply interconnected mind-body relationship to facilitate your healing journey. She recognizes that one of the most important keys to successful therapy is a trusting therapeutic relationship and strives to provide you with a safe space centered around exploring your concerns.

Education & Experience

Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan and completed her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Madonna University. She is also a NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Corrective Exercise Specialist, an EBFA (Evidence Based Fitness Academy) Barefoot Training Specialist, a Certified Balanced Athlete Coach and a Stick Mobility Coach. Tina has extensive experience empowering clients towards living healthier lives both physically and emotionally. She is currently working towards becoming an ADHD-CCHP (Certified ADHD Professional).
